Monique was many things at Genesys. She ran our competitive market analysis group, and she was awesome at her job. She was great at tracking competitive information on the web, with employees, from trade magazines, and also with her underground group of contacts. What she is really good at no matter what the role is first seeing the big picture, what do we want the successful outcome to be?
